Bio-Vert Green Action Fund
Mission
The Bio-Vert Green Action Fund supports Québec-based initiatives aimed at improving environmental quality and encourages students who are pursuing an education in a field related to environmental protection and/or are involved in extracurricular programs focused on protecting the environment.
Backgrounder
Laval-based Savons Prolav Inc., the family owned and operated manufacturer of Bio-VertTM products, has been developing and marketing green household cleaning products since 1984. In addition to improving environmental quality through its products, Savons Prolav Inc. is also actively involved in the community, where for years it has been supporting through funding and sponsorships a variety of local community-driven initiatives aimed at protecting the environment.
The Bio-Vert Green Action Fund stems from Savons Prolav Inc.’s determination to officially formalize its support toward green project initiators and to make this support available to any person or organization meeting the eligibility requirements as outlined in the individual program descriptions.

Evaluation Criteria
Bio-Vert Green Action Fund applications are evaluated by a five-member selection committee made up of Savons Prolav Inc. employees.
